What do you do in your life (work and fun)?

I’m a journalist, I write about the economy, and I like it, not the politics blah blah but something more linked to everyday life, even if a lot of people probably would disagree.

What made you leave Italy and chose NYC?

My job. I was in Rome when the position in New York opened and I applied for it. I move here in 2008, and it was tough at the beginning, especially from a professional point of view. You have to start studying again but it’s interesting.

Please share your best memory in the City.

The best memory is when my dog Tommaso finally arrived from Italy and our first walk together in New York. It was like a new beginning for us.

What made you choose this specific location and outfit?

Central Park is my favorite spot in the city and the outfit, made in Italy except for the shoes, is very chic, it makes me look stunning!

Your thought about this project, ITALIANY.US

The project is interesting and funny, and it’s about ‘normal’ Italians who live there, not just the celebrities. I think everyone had a lot of fun ‘working’ (he was the only one working!) with Alexo.

How would you describe being an ambassador of the italian style/culture abroad?

An ambassador is someone who shows the best of our country. Everyone knows Italian style and Italian food, and so you have to promote technology, science and culture…there is a lot more in our beautiful country.
