Florestano Caracciolo di Nicastro
Florestano was born and raised in Naples. At 24 years old he moves to Los Angeles and soon after looking for a good reason to stay he opens is first restaurant. Armed initially only with his passion for food and the skills inherited from his beloved mother, he is able to turn his restaurant into one of the most sought after of the city.
I read, cook and exercise. And I renovate my house!
It was a sentimental choice. I had no idea that I was going to stay this long when I first arrived in LA, but I got used to this city and really enjoy my life here.
With my friends sharing a meal I cooked for them and good wine…
It was close to my house, lol!!
I enjoyed being part of this project together with a lot of my friends.
I am proud to represent Italian food and its tradition, rich of our unique flavors.
